God Created the heavens and the Earth without God we as People would Not Exist we are to give him Praise.

Without God your life will be pointless and without purpose. God has existed from eternity, transcending time and space. He created us to have a relationship with Him.

God revealed Himself and His name as "I Am Who Am." That is, He is the eternally self-existing one. As His existence is without beginning, it is without beginner, so it has not a "purpose" as we think of it. Rather, God is the one who decides what OUR purpose is. Our purpose is to reverence and love God and enjoy His fellowship forever.
Thus, asking what is God's point or purpose is a bit rude, actually.
