Most human beings have one eye slightly smaller than the other one. Look around and study people.

It depends on what you mean when you say that one eye is bigger. It also depends on whether or not is was like that at birth. If you mean that the colored part of the eye is larger in one eye, then one would have to rule out glaucoma - this could be very serious in a child. If you mean that one eye ball is larger, I'd suspect that one eye is much more farsighted than the other and this could lead to amblyopia (lazy eye). If you mean that one eyelid is more closed than the other, I'd have to rule out Horner's syndrome (along with other neurological conditions that would cause this (in this case, it would be far less serious if it was like this at birth). In any case, make an appointment with the eye doc and get to the bottom of it. Best wishes

Do not do any thing, it may correct itself or the defference will be not be noticable except for close relative.
