Personally, I think you're almost on the overtraining side. Are you really giving it all you've got when you workout, or are we talking some kind of Sunday walk in the park ho-hum daily workout that my grandmother could do with her eyes closed?. You should allow your body at least some rest, especially if you want any real muscle growth. With your routines, focus on quality, not quantity.

You will not benefit from that workout unless you are on steroids and consuming enormous amounts of protein.

I suspect you found that workout in a Musclemag, Flex, Muscle & Fitness, etc... Professionals can do those workouts because they are taking steroids which allow them to recover remarkably faster. Growth occurs when you are resting. I don't think a person working out naturally should be working out more than 3 days a week (weight-training and assuming doing heavy compound movements).

Stick with the core movements:
Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Presses, Weighted Pullups, Weighted Dips, Overhead Presses

You will get huge with just these exercises and eating correctly.

no, it's very poorly planned and organized. for some reason, you hit chest/triceps three times (though technically, you involve triceps in almost every chest exercise), back/bis twice (same deal with hitting bis with back exercises), and legs once.... while shoulders essentially 4 times since you're going to use them on chest/tri day.

no, running doesn't count as strength training for legs. if it does, then go do shadow boxing and tell me that counts as upper body strength training.

and abs everyday because somehow your abdominal muscles are supposed to be different from your other muscles? good luck with trying to see your six pack when your muscles get no time to recover, not to mention your diet is probably like crap.

your best bet is to go to the men's health message board or t-nation.com and look for pre-made BALANCED routines from professionals.

You should give your body a rest between the workouts. Only three times a week 1.5 hour each session including both fitness and cardio are sufficient. Your body needs to rebuild energy so give it a break..

To me you might want to increase the intensity of your cardio. Good luck! Also breaks and rest are for wimps!
