Before you go to India, contact your child's physician to talk about vaccinating her. It should be done atleast two weeks in advance so it takes its full effect. Vaccination is very necessary when you are going to a country like India (No diss) because it is still developing. Vaccination can prevent many deadly diseases. You should take some tablets to purify water because you never know what you will get in India. You should take medications and other necessities where you might not be able to find in India.
Anyways good luck and have fun.

You must be having a vaccination schedule which is universal for all children, and which India has also implemented. However, we do have a regular pulse polio immunisation schedule as the country is trying to get rid of polio. If your child is above one 1 years please check if he or she has been given the Hepatitis A vaccine. You too would need one for yourself Hep A & B vaccine always advisable when you are travelling. This advice is also given in India for Indians visiting any destination in the country. Apart from that nothing else. You need to take the vaccine 15-20 days in advance of your travel date to be able to allow the effect of the vaccine.

Even if it's not required you need to get her a polio vaccine. There is polio in India and even though UNICEF is trying to wipe it out, it keeps popping up all over India in different regions.

If you are over 40 you probably need a polio booster too.

I don't know about the others.
