i dunno but when i was a kid my hair and eyebrows were light blonde and now at 23 my hair as slowly turned a dark brown..so i guess anything is possible

Even with blond eyebrows your blond hair is going to turn darker and then permanently fade into white ... sigh... but you can always rely on a good colorist to have the "blond job" done in conspiracy

Yeah, I think so. I have been a platinum blonde my whole life and now I'm just a dirty blonde. : (
It seems thats the pattern, though.

Don't worry, once your hair starts getting darker you'll begin frosting and highlighting it regularly. It'll all work out.
