No. A dog wouldn't get an STD from urinating on the ground. A female dogs vulva does not touch the ground with they "pee" - so it's not from releaving herself. Dogs and Cats can carry the herpes virus - but it's not the same as the human strain. Take her to a Vet - I'm sure she just has flea allergies or an allergic reaction of some type.
Never heard of a dog getting "ingrown" hairs - ever

Some of the below answers will work against you big time. There are lots of dogs in our neighborhood. Two put signs on the mail box post of dogs pooping in their yards with a big red slash down through it. Everyone thought it to be very petty. One family tried the things that some of you mentioned only to be totally ostracized by everyone who has ever thought of owning a dog here. It wasn't that their dogs used that neighbor's yard either it was the attitude about it. There are little green wire fences that stick straight down into the ground and hook together as far as you need it to go 2 ft high and 3 ft high.. I'd probably do that. Then when his dog didn't use your corner I'd thank him for not doing it. And make a friend of him by asking all about his dog, the breed, his name etc. Owners love to talk about their dogs! Don't we?!! I use them around the flower gardens in my back yard. They're only $10 per 6 ft section or so. Putting his dog poo in his mailbox is vindictive and that guy will hate you forever and do something worse when you're not around probably more than once. Dogs do like to mark over where another dog has gone so you may be having a worse problem than just his dog. Once one pees others will follow to mark it as their spot.

I got identified with herpes virus (type 2) about 4 years back, when I was still in college and had a mindless one-night stand. I understand loads of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/AtehZ everything got better.
Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes virus from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This program gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.

Unless she is having sex with the ground, no. Take her to the vet ASAP. As said before, it may be a yeast infection which can get out of hand quickly. Better safe than sorry. As for the missing hair constant licking can pull out the hair. Has she been vaccinated for parvo? Living in an RV park you need to make sure she up to date with all her vaccinations. Not everyone takes their pets to the vet as much as they are supposed to. And in an RV park, you have more people there and more possibly neglected vaccinations. Take her to the vet to find out.

Dogs CAN get stds, but they are not very common. They cannot get them from peeing in the same spots, but they can get them. The most common one is called brucellosis and it causes the females to abort their litter. Any dogs that are used for breeding should be tested for brucellosis and be found negative prior to breeding.

Brucellosis is caused by a bacteria, any contact with this bacteria and your dogs mucous membranes could cause your dog to get this disease. Dogs do NOT have to have intercourse to get it. I have heard of whole kennels of bit ches getting it, bred or not.

No they can not but I would take her to the vet to have her looked at. She may have a yeast infection and left untreated could come a serious infection
