wal mart has kits... I made my sons invites. I just cut the papers into quarters, the top sheet was made of velum which is clear, it had the words on it, the second sheet has their photo off the computer. I punched two holes on the top and put in a pink piece of ribbon. you put the 3inch ribbon threw both ends going towards the back and then put then back threw the front opposite holes. good luck. you can get envalopes to fit 1/4 sheets of regular paper, plus buy the photo paper for the pictures, I also took my own pictures. I had them stand on the tramp with their faces right in the cherry blossems, it was so pretty.
