he is really laid back

You still havn't said the one thing which would clearly define the choice.
Which of these guys is open to doing different things? Which is more considerate, kind, caring and giving of himself (not just materially)?
When you know the answer to that then the one who can give you the most happiness is the one you should pick. I understand how each is perfect in his own way. And while you enjoy doing all these things equally, you won't enjoy them so much if you end up doing them over and over again to the exclusion of new experiences. It isn't so much whether you get to do the activities in themselves, but rather that the two of you enjoy the experience of it together. That's what creates and bond as well as true enjoyment. why not date both and get the best of both worlds??? Sounds good to me. But, in the end, I would rather be with a laid back person that I can fully relax around. And, the money wouldn't hurt.

Guy 2 because you have an option of dressing up with him without putting on an act. You seem to be more comfortable with him. It doesn't hurt that he is loaded too.
