Dear Sir:
Thank you for your inquiry. We regret to inform you that due to the process of natural selection, we have chosen not to extend your particular lineage past the end of your lifespan. We have reviewed your qualifications, and have chosen to select a more qualified candidate (read: superior human ) for the next jump in the evolutionary chain.

Thank you for your time. We wish you all the very best in your short future.

Yes: Have sex with yourself, impregnate yourself and give birth to yourself. Place yourself in situations where superior versions of yourself will be more likely to survive and reproduce. Repeat tens of thousands of times.
