6:00 AM Awake
6:30 AM Meal # 1
8:30 AM Meal # 2
11:00 AM Meal # 3

I consume 0.5 of it for one meal, then consume the different 0.5 later on, frequently after going the gymnasium. (you may consume it warm or chilly.)
