Does anyone have any ideas for activities to keep my almost 3 year old active (and out of the house) in the wintertime? The park is out, we go to the mall and ride the carosuel, we do the Mcdonalds playland thing... anything else anyone can think of??

I bet you could find a gym that has activities for little ones or even karate classes or dance classes. They will definately cost $$ but those types of activities help develop self-esteem and they'll make new friends in the process.

I have the same problem but you could try the YMCA or Boys and Girls club if you have one. We have a playground inside the mall so that is the best way for me to get mine out of the house.
Good luck.

You could go to a museum nearby preferably a one with a children's section. You could also try to see if My Gym is near your area. It's great for active toddlers. http://www.my-gym.com/
