Well I didn't bother putting them in their case and put them in my uniform pocket instead, now the frame twisted, I didn't know glasses were so fragile!
Should I try to twist them back into shape myself or do I need to bring them back to the shop?

depends on the metal they are made out of, to be on the safe side i'd take em back that way if they break em then they have to fix em!

Bring them back to the shop....

Trust me I know...having grown up with glasses, I've done just about everything you can to glasses...

Everytime I've damaged my glasses and tried to repair them myself...I've either ended up making it worse, or completely broken them.

Typically eyeglass shops will repair your glasses for free (if they can be repaired that is).

Good Luck...and get some contacts!

Take them back to the shop and they should fix them gor free! If they can't be repaired then you will probably have to but new ones!

You will probably break them if you twist 'em. If they do break, just use duck tape. It's the cure-all to everything.

You'll probably only make them worse by trying to do it yourself. Take them to the professionals.

You are better off to take them in and have them adjusted properly.
