get a tshirt bra or sweater bra they tend to smooth things out or maybe your boobs are bigger than you think and they may need room to pop out the top for a little cleavage action or loosen your shirt a little bit but go to a REAL BRA SHOP leter on and ask for some suggestions they can help even more if they sell lingerie the ultra sexy kind like fredricks of hollywood they make good stuff or you may need corsets or bustiers instead of bras if it keeps up

You should try wearing clothes that are a little looser. You should also try getting a padded bra. Victoria's Secret has lots of really cute ones that will stop your little problem

Wear clothing that is actually your size and stop shopping in the little girls section. If you wore clothes that properly fit you and a bra that fit you it wouldnt look bad.

Change your bra or put a tank top on top of your bra from preventing that from happening. In case you can't, do either, keep your arms crossed or put a buttoned down on top of what you are wearing.

invest in a victoria's secret bra....and you won't have that problem.

try a thin padded or push up bra. if you are wearing a non padded bra you can put nursing pads in your bra. Sounds funny, but it works.
