I dated a guy for two years and it ended a few months ago. It didn't end because one of us found someone else or because we had a fight ... it ended because we were at a standstill and neither was sure what the other wanted. The truth is, I loved him and I still do but I never told him. Part of me feels like it is too late and that if he wanted me back, he would say something. But another part feels like I have nothing to lose by telling him how I feel. (I'm too chicken to do it in person so it would be through ecard.)

2 years is a long time. You should tell him you love him alot. It should be in person, not by text or by Aim. Look into his eyes and tell him that you love him and still do, and see what he says. If he rejects you then be strong and dont let him put you down.

Is it possible that he feels the same and is too scared to say something too? You should tell him how you feel. But, I would not do it with an ecard. If you can't talk to him in person, how about a phone call? If that wont work either, hand write an actual letter and mail it to him with a stamp. That is MUCH more personal, I think. If he doesn't want to continue with a relationship, then at least you wont spend the rest of your life wondering what might have been.

Life is too short to live with regret and its never too late to tell someone that you love them, even if they don't feel the same at least you know that you had the chance to say it and if its in an ecard so be it. Take care Heather

It really does not matter how you tell him, you just need to tell him. The best thing to do is tell him before he moves on and gets too deep into another relationship. The worst thing to do is see the person you love with someone else. And when you finally do tell him that you love him, there will be a whole new outlook on your relationship, it will be taken to a different spritual connection.

Maybe it's best to let him go. Good relationships are always evolving in one way or another. Being at a standstill might be the sign that the relationship was over?

Hey you will feel sorry if you tell him that so don't do it...He went on with his life so is better live it like that... One day you will find the right person and then you will want to say it I don't think you really love it is just that like ou say you both were at the satnd still deal so you maybe feel like if you tell him that before he maybe will say something...But trust me you ill feel foolish after you did so don't Just go on with your own life and forget about what happend in the past don't live in the past

I think it might be too late... You may want to try and see if he still even likes you though before you tell him that you love him. If you really love him I would say that you would have the courage to tell him in person.

E-card is really, really cheesy. I don't know if I would take it seriously if someone sent me an "I love you" e-card.

I agree you should tell him and have nothing to lose. A personal handwritten letter would be much better and tell him how difficult it would be for you to tell him this in person. But NO e-card.

Definitely tell him how you feel. Love is too precious to let slip away! What's the worst that can happen - he doesn't want you back? Well, you're already used to life without him... and that's the worst part.

just say thing that you want him to know narrow it down so he can understand if you go back together tell him out just explain how you feel but saying i love you every day its kinda gets annoying to some people maybe every once in a while but just say how you feel but don;t over do it
