I was totally shocked when I saw that story on Nightline. It took about 5 minutes of air time and told about a Wet site called Blashpemy Challange. These are a group of atheist who are putting ads on teen web sites to encourage the youth not be let themselve be fooled by the teachings of the Bible and that God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit do not exist and are encouraging people to join them in DENOUNCING their existance.

The media that interviewed this guy who runs it certainly looked appauled by the way they think. Especially drawing in youth and indoctornating them into blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

What do you think? I would like to hear arguments from all sides although be realistic and not sarcastic please.

yes i've seen it. i'm an atheist but i don't also condone what they are doing by any means. i don't wanna "open" peoples eyes to the "truth" or make them do something just because of what i feel. people can have their own religion, beliefs, doesn't matter to me. i just don't think those people should be trying to cram it down peoples throats. people should choose whether or not they believe or not, not have people force them.

I'm aware of the challenge, although I didn't see the segment. Nightline's an interesting program -- anyone have the link?

I have mixed feelings about it. I think there are more productive ways to promote secularism.

Here's what I'm not getting here... "Hey! let's blasphemy a God we supposedly don't believe in! We'll just do it to be arrogant SOBs!"

It doesn't make sense. These Atheists are defiantly not what they claim to be otherwise they wouldn't care about such things... but they're not Christians either. Hmm... either way I hope they get what they have coming.

I do like that Alex Jones is bipartisan in his accusations. and that i extremely take excitement in his study and dedication to citizen oversight. yet I also sense that a lot of his conclusions are purely undeniable incorrect. i did not see the revealed yet i will look it up!

I'm not up to putting it on Youtube, but I denounced the trinity a long time ago.

Blaspheme...blaspheyou...

Hey, it's equal time. Have you seen those "Jesus calming the waters" commercials? Consider it a balance for all the Christian propaganda on the air.
