Though it's possible, I think you'll find that vanishingly remote.
Usually belief in satan means you accept the rest of christianity, along with it's god - which means you wouldn't be an atheist.
So long as you don't believe in any diety, then you could theoretically believe in satan and be an atheist, so long as satan cannot be classified as a god.
That said, unlike public opinion, most Satanists actually do not believe in a satan. They picked that symbolism to give the finger to most other religions.

Why would we believe in Satan?
We don't believe in any form of supernatural being. This would include Zeus, Odin, Yahweh, Satan, the Archangels, etc...
