Well if you're looking more into the chocolate side a microwave s'more would be really easy. Just get some graham crackers, place a piece or hershey's chocolate on it then top it off with a marshmallow. Put it in the microwave on a plate for however long you think will have it melt everything together.

If you're looking for more of a food thing, I always make quesadilla's (tortillas where you melt cheese in the middle), cheesy english muffins (toast two halfs then butter and put garlic salt and toast a little more. then add chesse and zap in the microwave until melted), any kind of sandwich, or leftovers. If you're not eating until 3 you probably don't want to have anything to big so any of these would work.

Try some snack mixes with dried fruits and either m&m pieces, or chocolate chips. It's enough chocolate to tide you over, but healthier than eating an entire candy bar.

If you have time, and want to save a few calories, here is a recipe for ice cream sandwhiches.
Take two chocolate graham crackers, scoop a couple of tablespoons of light or fat-free whipped topping on one, sandwhich it with the other cracker, wrap with plastice wrap, and put it in the freezer. Repeat until you are out of whipped topping, graham crackers, or plastic wrap. Experiment with flavored whipped topping if you like. These are easy, cheap, and you control the taste and calories.

Try an apple and a piece of hard cheese. Or if you're into chocolate, get chocolate coated protein bars, not granola, but protein. Very healthy for you and you get your chocolate fix!

Peanut butter and/or jelly sandwich is very healthy and good.
Tuna is good too, but you'd prpbably have to mix it up with things. I like a little onion, pickel, mayo, salt/pepper. Put it on crackers or bread. Left over pizza, chicken or whatever else is in the frig.

I like "ants on a log." It's simple and quick to prepare. Plus it's not too bad for you. Take a celery stick and smear a bunch of peanut butter in the center. Then stick raisins on the top of the PB and voila!
