this is a guess, but there is a bar in Toronto's "Gaybourhood" that sells more booze than any bar in Canada, its called Woody's (hehehe) for real!

Matt's El Rancho in Austin Tx, it's a restaurant & bar, I hope that counts. They crank out Margarita's by the thousand's every night. Not to mention mucho cerveza.

I'm guessing that no matter what answers you get, the truth lies in one of the brewhalls in Germany due to Oktoberfest.
