It only does this on one channel. It is another voice talking. "She walks across the room, and looks out the window" I can't focus on the tv when the commentary is there, but can't figure out a way to turn it off!

On the remote, check the "sap" and 'CC" buttons.
use the SAP to turn/off commentary
use CC to turn on/off captions

You must have the setting to your TV turned on to the closed caption for that particular channel. Read through the owners manual or start playing with the remote settings and hoepfully you will figure it out. My remote gets the V-chip actived on it sometimes by pressing a wrong button. Very frustrating.

Wow, pretty neat! I didn't know they had TV's like that! I guess it really could get very annoying. Have you tried the "menu" or "setup" button on your remote and looked for something like audio commentary?

Another possibility is SAP - second audio programming. You might not have the audio set to MAIN or STEREO but to SAP.

I just had it happen yesterday for the first time. It was the SAP I do like my closed captioning but that is not working, I think my son-in-law blocked me.
