the company is now owned by an Italian firm, who own indiest who own hotpoint who own...............cannon. If no joy with the cannon aftersales, try hotpoint.

Depending on age, you may get one, the spares are kept for 5 years after the company discontiues an item.

I have a Cannon cooker and got my spare parts from Merloni Service UK who are somehow related to Hotpoint. They have a website but I haven't tried it, I dealt with them over the phone. (The number I have is 08709 077077). Hope that helps...
