a is the correct answer, theoretically, but this is probably for some health calss so any answer that says the person is hiding from reality will be accepted...

if it was only once and a while that would be OK
but if you need wine EVERYDAY to relax there is a problem
you have too much stress if you feel you need something everyday to help you relax

you don't provide enough information. could this person stop drinking with little to no adverse health effects? is the wine the ONLY thing keeping them stress-free? if so, then it's A. if not, then it's B or C
