The ticklish sensation is natures way of telling you that something is touching you. When a bug crawls on you, you will feel it.

Some people are just more sensitive than others.

Personally, I am very ticklish and I love to be tickled playfully by a skilled lady tickler. I love to playfully tickle back, too!

I have heard that newborns are not ticklish, but that the parents tickle them. As the children grow, they associate this "tickling" with happiness and love from their parents, which eventually translates into an involuntary reaction when someone runs his or her fingers along that same spot, aka tickling.

All i know if you ticklish that means you're jealous.Thats all i know. Other then that i doubt if there is any medical issue or difference betwen someone who is ticklish and not ticklish.
