As they demonstrated - if you want US troops around, you had better not annoy the US.

Norway is a NATO member so its own forces are there plus others for ski training etc.Romania is not memeber and there is no reason for NATO forces to be there.Otherwise the majority of countries in the world dont have NATO troops there.

I thought it was France. But it may have been Iceland.
