Movie dont explain the poit of Christ sacryfice, it only shows. It was propably taken as a good emotional and problematic movie by most of watchers. I doubt that many people understands after watching it. Like in normal healthy familly parents are needed to explain and teach the child about whole world the same a truly wright priest (from vocation) is needed to explain religion aspects. I think if any Atheist want to try then he/she should try talking about it with proper person, but as far I have learned the acts are better than talking... like Christ sacryfice, He chose rather to die and change people arround Him than ask God to save Him by destruction of the enemies. It is more complicated. You have all your life to learn it... Sometimes it is too short time...

I wish Christianity could replace in that it may be greater typical on very own perception than conventional actuality. What I advise is, Christianity emphasizes the magnitude of having particular ideals, and having ideals opposite to those is a sin. It additionally speaks of the certainty being outdoors of one's self in God. Many eastern religions, like Buddhism, Jainism, and Hinduism, in spite of the undeniable fact that, are very diverse from this. They rigidity looking actuality in one's very own self, meaning that that's diverse for each individual. This element has made them some distance much less missionary of a faith. As looking very own actuality is imperative to their ideals, that's not proper to them if others have faith something diverse. Christianity, and Islam too, carry that there is just one actuality that each and every physique might desire to have faith. in case you do not have faith this, you're immediately a bad individual, and on some events, you're condemned to dying. this approach has delivered approximately the Crusades, the Spanish Armada, the French Wars of religion, Charlemagne's Saxon Campaigns, and many different violent acts.

I saw it on TV. It was a dramatic display typical of Mel Gibson's style of directing, increasingly gory and one-sided in opinion, homophobic and anti-Semite. Some of the shots were quite well put together, and the acting clearly dramatic, but too much gore. I'd say overall it was overdone and not worth the time spent.

I cannot estimate the number of people of any persuasion who went to see "The Passion of The Christ."

I can only state that I did not.

I saw it. It was kind of boring but very well made. I liked the fact that they spoke in Aramaic. Of course it didn;t sway me one bit.

I think Hollywood should make a big budget movie detailing the entire Bible and graphically showing the atrocities of god. Would you agree?

No, didn't see it, don't care to. I never much liked Mel Gibson even before he revealed what a drunken bigot he was. I hope there was enought blood and gore for you. Nothing says love like spilled entrails.

I think that the movie shows the deep conflict and self hatred that Mel Gibson has. He is a truly troubled man. Notice I didn’t say bad man or evil man. I mean, I feel sorry for him, but I don’t think he’s evil. I think he’s troubled.

Not I. Though I went on a first date with a guy who said he wasn't religious, and that's all he could talk about throughout dinner. We didn't have a second date.

Well he didn't die for me. I wasn't born yet.

I saw it on satellite TV a couple of months ago. I found it a very moving film. Quite artistic and not as rabidly anti-semitic as I'd been led to believe.
