i'm not too sure about in the states whether the ABV changes, but i know that the measurement between the UK and the states is totally different. In the UK we measure the ABV from a total of 100% proof, where as in the states i think this can be as high as 200% - so a beer here at 5%ABV would be double that or somewhere close in the states. maybe, although speculating, this may be the case between states in the us too.

Miller Lite is the same alcohol content everywhere. As is Budweiser, Bud Lite, MGD, Miller High Life, etc. They are brewed at about a dozen different breweries across the USA using strict methods to ensure standardization (the same taste and contents).

It varys from beer to beer, not from state to state. Some states may not allow certain types of beer to be sold because if the alcohol content...that is to say they may have limitations in that area...hope this helps.

Some state's such as oklahoma mostly sell 3.2, 6% in some bar's if they sell mixed drink's. Most state's sell the same way the only difference i beleive in sold in liq store's.They sell i think the highest import's is 8% ,There may some higher somewhere. But like Texas can make and sell 6% and ok,only 3.2.Law's are strange everywhere. Here's one in oklahoma you'll like. Can't sell 3.2 beer till noon on sunday, but you can sell mixed drink's and 6% beer before noon.Figure that.Have a good one.

I don't know about Ill. but beer in Oklahoma has a lower alcohol content than beer here in Texas. Thats why the Okies cross the Red River to get beer !

Maybe...maybe not. It probably depends on their market research. If one Region loves a higher ABV in their beer and Miller notices this in their Revenues, I'm sure they make it with higher ABV

Yes it varies! Oklahoma is less than Arkansas and Illinois is more than Arkansas! That I know for a fact, my ex liked his beer more than he did me! that is why he's my ex!
