Go to Weightwatchers.com and you can find it listed there, also the point values of various foods. You need the latter in addition the list provided by the other answerer, to use this system.
I'm not a "joiner" so I didn't actually join WW, but I used a modified version of their point system, made a chart to go on my refrigerator, and I use it whenever by baby boomer metabolism gets the bettter of me and I need to drop a few. I allocate certain number of points to protiens, carbs, fruits and veggies, and fats, otherwise one's diet could become unbalanced even with the points within the correct overall limit.

First Column is your weight followed by the number of points you are allowed for the day....

000 – 149 20
150 – 174 22
175 – 199 24
200 – 224 26
225 – 249 28
250 – 274 30
