Bread! It's the one that makes me gain weight the fastest. Chocolates cant' do that. An of course greasy foods. But if you cook meat and stuff with olive oil it makes me loose weight, 'cause the olive oil destroys the fat.

The foods that make you gain weight are- Milk, and milk products, specially cheese, and fried foods, processed foods i.e. readymade foodslike frozen meals that you just pop up in a microwave , chips etc., and soft drinks like coke, fanta, sprite......
What is your Blood type? If it is B, then milk (in the form of yogurt) is good for you. Wheat is not good, specially if you want to loose weight. Eat lot of juicy fruits for your breakfast(like oranges, strawberries,bluberries,papaya, plums, grapes...) before you have had anything else to eat. this may help.

Saturated fats! watch out for them. They are really dumb fats, and cows milk is just chalk full of them. When a cow feeds a calf, the emphasis is on building bulk. That is why creamy rich foods (which contain a lot of saturated fats) will always be associated with fattening - ness.
There are also better fats to consume, like polyunsatured fats which can be found in flax (and flax bread, I 'd noticed a lot of bread bashing going on), salmon, trout, walnuts, etc.
Trans fats aren't great for you either. Avoid them if you possibly can.

are you asking to avoid them or because you want to lean towards them..
im not sure how to proceed with this ...with caution or to actually tell you what foods can pack it on. because it raises a bit of a red flag might you have an eating disorder or what.. ??
