I've personally frozen Murgh Makhani and Channa Masala. I don't see why most things couldn't be frozen, as long as they don't contain potato

Fresh food is good for health. Frozen foods help in freezing and numbing the parts of body in the long run!

Almost anything can be frozen though I would not recommend putting garlic into a recipe until it is ready to be warmed up and served.
Just do not re-freeze afterwards. Anything left should be discarded.

Curries are great and you can freeze them in portions to take out when you want to use them. Make with whatever you like.
