I've personally frozen Murgh Makhani and Channa Masala. I don't see why most things couldn't be frozen, as long as they don't contain potato

Fresh food is good for health. Frozen foods help in freezing and numbing the parts of body in the long run!

Almost anything can be frozen though I would not recommend putting garlic into a recipe until it is ready to be warmed up and served.

Just do not re-freeze afterwards. Anything left should be discarded.

indian curry and dal.
it will stay long time, put them in small pots and take it out as needed. saves you a lot of time especially family wants everyday typical indian food.

Curries are great and you can freeze them in portions to take out when you want to use them. Make with whatever you like.

the best thing wht. i do, i m working so i prepare masala (onions, & all) on sunday & use this whole week, so its convient for me.. to cook fresh dish everyday, rather than cook one day & keep dishes............
