Oh, oh my..... I have so been there girl. I am 21 years old, married, two kids and one more on the way. I was so in love with my husband, he was perfect to me. My world crashed the day he came clean about who he really was. My husband has been an porn "addict" that I know of for 5 years now. It has almost ended our marriage so many times I cant count. Bottom line: It is cheating. Ask any physciatrist or person of faith. It is not natural it is not "normal". It is degrading to you as a woman and to the woman he is looking at. It is someone's daughter, someone's sister someone's mother. It will make you feel inadequate, your not good enough, not sexy enough, not enough for him... I have been there, i know how it feels. When you love someone, you want to be their all. Everything that they need and desire.Love is a choice, and he need's to make his now. You or porn. And remember, you are beautiful and it doesn't matter who he could ever be with, he'd always go back to porn. It's not you, it's him.
Good Luck to You

Quite honestly the answers here are totally false. I am a very secure woman I am 30 the mother of 3 children and have been married over ten years. Men will only do what you allow them to do. I made a rule that none of that goes in my house, Not around my children and not in my home. I do not have to deal with it EVER! If you don't feel comfortable with it is ok not to have it in your life. Alot of girls say it is better than cheating but does it hurt your feelings any less? no it hurts just the same . Lay down the law right now, let him know how it makes you feel and tell him that he needs to make a decision on what is more important to him, You or Porn? Then tell him that it's your choice to determine what is morally acceptable, In some relationships people think porn and strippers and dirty magazines are ok, In my relationship it's cheating. I have never understood the whole "it's just a picture thing" It's still a picture of another naked person. If he wants to look at other naked people he should be single. End of story!"

Men like porn and strip clubs and looking at other women. Its just part of us honestly. Just accept it as long as he isn't cheating whats the big deal. Men will be men. It doesn't mean he will cheat. Guys are visual and most guys in private talk about what women look like and what they would be like in bed. The first thing guys think about when they see or meet a good looking woman is what it would be like to hit it.

I'm the same way, I should be all my man needs to look at and I believe that if a man can't give that up than he probably has cheating tendencies.
My man used to look at them before we got together and I made it clear it wasn't something I was willing to tolerate, it might be fine to other girls but not for me, and he respects that. You can find a man that will also, so don't settle, if this guy doesn't think your worth giving them up for, then find one that will!!

So it's either cheating on you or magazines.....I don't think either option shows much respect towards you. Perhaps you need to tell him how you feel.
You know Christ said that even looking at a woman sexually is adultery. He should not even be looking at you like that. Your not married. I know how unpopular is my suggesting abstinence and waiting until marriage?

Like you said its better than cheating on you. Would you rather you know about him looking at dirty magazine or him doing it behind your back. He will still do it, so ease up a bit.

Being completely against it, you should set no lower of a standard for him. He is disrespecting you by doing it, and it is only a matter of time before he finds a "hot false babe" to go with and dumps you for her.

Men who 'need' to look at these mags are really perverts who don't love themselves. If he don't love and respect himself what makes you think he can love and respect you? ~joni
