Her chance of what? She'll probably be found guilty since to arrest on these charges, proof is of the utmost importance. Will she do jail time? Possible; she could get probation, but with the receiving and failure charges, jail is a real possibility.

Guilty. Whether she gets hard jail time is another matter. It depends on how involved/severe the offenses are. Failure to make disposition? Is that failure to appear?
Whatever the case, it's not sounding all that good. Good luck, though.
