You need to look at the labels and tell us how many calories you're eating. It's a lot easier for you to look that up than it is for us, since you ate the food yourself. But . . . I don't think you're eating quite enough. That's my first impression. I would say that 1500 calories is about a rock bottom minimum unless you're fasting or something like that. Eating less than that will probably damage your body, not make you lose weight. Good night!

That's a really unhealthy diet period! And a lot of the sugars in the stuff you chose, will make you gain weight. Stay as far away from any sugar as possible. Sugar converts to fat in the body! Replace your sugar-loaded pop tart with a slice of whole grain bread with honey or sugar-free jam (fruit juice sweetened is o.k.) or 100% natural no sugar no salt peanut butter. Whole grain bread keeps you full longer than white bread. For your snack, the only good thing you've picked is your fruit cup. Have your fat free cream cheese on whole grain bread. Even white bread can have sugar in it! And there's no nourishment even if it's vitamin enriched. It's not the same as the whole grain being there in the first place. You can't replace what's been taken out of food and trying to add it back. That's just low quality! You'd be better off to have a handful of almonds, walnuts or peanuts over the granola bar. Too much sugars! Your popcorn snack is a good choice as is the juice box, but make sure your juices are 100% juice with no added sweeteners. Your 600 calorie dinner is o.k. But don't snack on cereals throughout the day, again, you're adding suger which equals fat! Snack on an apple, or cottage cheese, try yogurt with no sugar added. You should read Sam Graci's "The Path to Phenomenal Health". He gives great tips on how to eat right and how not to get fat! And discover stevia leaf powder as a natural sweetener for coffees, etc. No calories, no chemicals, even safe for diabetics! A great sweet fix alternative and it won't make you fat!

no but it is not going to make you skinny either. You have to burn more calories per day than you put in, to lose weight. Exercise is the only thing that is going to make you lose weight. You can do the fat free diet, but you are starving your brain because the brain feeds on fat.

nope, besides the pop tart, that sounds like pretty healthy eating to me! Try Special K or Cheerios and a banana for breakfast instead!
