I took the Wilton courses and I LOVED it. I really wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. The teacher REALLY helps. The year after I took the courses, I got a job decorating professionally. If you really want to do it yourself, you can buy all the Wilton stuff at Hobby Lobby, JoAnne's, or ANY Wal-Mart.

This would not be at home, but some places offer classes like Hobby Lobby, Michael's and we have one starting at our local college. You might want to check into that.

for the reason that i've got by no skill tried the 1st i visit attempt that one, yet once you have the recipe (with any luck one from scratch) i might like a recipe fro the Chocolate Cheese Cake for my keep, and help conserving them from cracking too!
