3 different problems?

Problem 1: I have little dots that are skin colored that itch like crazy. They're near my hip and upper thigh, and seem to move around, anywhere from the check of my buttocks to the lower part of my stomach.....does anyone now what thye could be or and over the counter medications to use to get rid of them....i found that benadryl allergy does a good drop of keeping the itch away but there still here
Problem 2: On the head of my penis there are 2 red spots...they arernt 3d and are rather small seem to be getting better (i noticed them last night and today they are smaller and not as red)....last sexual contact was oral and that was 2 weeks ago...

Problem 3: I have 2 elongated marks one on the outer part of my armpit and the other in the groin region...they're a darker red color and dont hurt itch or anything theyre just there. Kinda indented into the skin....looks almost as if a layer of akin isnt there.

please could some one help me with these

You need to see a doctor. My first thought is that you have some sort of body lice that are moving around and laying eggs in different spots. However, you just have too many things going on to ask for advice on Yahoo Answers. See a doctor and get this stuff fixed. You don't want to pass whatever you have onto someone else.
