He had a medical problem that gave him a lot of complexes..... He had a bilateral undecended testis. This is documented in a medical history book. From this one can work out that his hormones were imbalanced and that can very well be the underlying reasons for a lot of his behaviour and thinking.
But to say whether he was Gay ........I do not know.

I don't think so only he did have some strange sexual pervy things that he liked to experiment on people with and although I'm not gay it is an insult to gay people as the ones I know are very nice kind gentle people

I don't know why it makes any difference. He's dead. He did terrible things and cost thousands of people their lives. Who cares what his sexual preferences were when he was alive? Rumor has it he had some unusual fetishes and predilections, but whether he slept with men, women, rodents or just his right hand is unimportant in the greater scheme of things, isn't it?
