I'm moving to a different state, and I have way too much stuff! I remember mailing a Sea Bag home when I was in the Navy. Is that just a military thing, or do all post offices do it? I'd like to ship two sea bags.

If you're not in a rush, I would recommend packing everything in a box and sending it media mail. Media mail is supposed to be for stuff like books, etc. but a lot of college students use this trick to send stuff home after school ends. Not all post offices offer media mail so you have to check, but it's a lot cheaper than many other postal services.

They do it but it can get costly as they charge by the weight. Some moving companies will move your stuff in advance for a better rate, and there are airlines that well send you bags to your place of destination ahead of time.

Yes, you can ship luggage. I have delivered luggage several times in the past to my customers.
