I think they are two-faced.
Cut her immediately. Imagine what she says about you behind YOUR back!

A lot of people do this. They are angry about how the boss runs things, but they know enough to be nice to their face. Next time she says something just tell her that you have no problems with the boss, and hopefully she will get the message.

This woman I refuse to work with does this; consequently, I will not work during the week when she is there, only Saturdays when my great work partner, Chris, is working. Not only does she rip up the back of our boss, but she is not a good worker. I told our boss this, yet this woman is still a part of our team. ???

Limit your conversations with this person and don't get involved in her negativity about the boss. Eventually someone will repeat what is being said to your manager and the fish will hit the sand. Your coworker has issues just make sure that you don't get caught up in the drama.

Never, NEVER agree with her, or make any negative comments to her about ANYONE or anything -- it'll come back and bite you in the butt if you do. I would be careful having ANY type of conversation with her, other than about the weather, what's on t.v., what you had for lunch, because she may end up twisting your very innocent remarks to make HERSELF look better to other people. This kind of person creates problems for the people around them, so if you don't see her moving on soon, you may want to do so.

Sounds like she once dated the boss at one time. Just try to ignore her.
I also read a article on msn somewhere that if none of us ever complain we'd be huge balls of stress. Complaining is like getting the air out of the tires.

That person is fake. They dont care that they act that way, it doesnt bother them, plus, if the boss knew that she was acting that way, she probly wouldnt have the job. So, shes got to be fake when the boss is around.

Just refuse to listen to the negativity. You can either say, "I have some work to do. See you later". Or you can say, "I like and I'd rather not hear anything bad about her. Thanks for understanding."

I used to work with somebody just like that. I nick named him "TWO TONE", he had a white body, and a very, very, very brown nose. It didn't bother him at all that we all called him that to his face.
