Yes. Some people naturally sweat more than others. The amount of sweating you do is not indicative of weight loss. Just make sure your heart rate is crankin', and you'll be in good shape in no time ;)

yes, your body is always burning calories creating heat for your body to live, only turn up that heat by moving (exercising) does your body produce excess heat and then your body starts to sweat in order to cool you down, sweat cools the body, try this to proveclench both fists and blow on the back of one hand, feel how the windrush cools it slightly. now lick the back of the other hand all over (to simulate sweat) - now blow on it. the moisture has a rapid cooling effect as the air blown accross it evapoates, thus our bodies naturally sweat to cool us down quickly to stop us overheating inside

lol yes
you burn calories not through sweat at all, but through movement
you cannot see yourself losing the calories
you actually burn more calories in the cold ebcause your body is also trying to heat itself up while exercising
twice as many!!

perspiration is not a direct indicator of an increased metabolic rate. genetics, hydration levels, relative humidity, etc. are all factors that can cause a person to sweat or not.
