I am having surgery tomorrow to remove my appendix and gall bladder. The question is, should I run off to Mexico, or have the surgery. I hate doctors, hospitals and needles. Help!!!

Let's just say, if your appendix bursts in Mexico, you'll have to deal with a little bit more than fear of doctors, hospitals, and needles.

Be sensible & have your surgery or you'll have more problems in the future than you can handle. So you hate doctors, hospitals, & needles. We all have dislikes in life, but sometimes we just have to get through it somehow. Your surgery is necessary & you'll be back home in no time flat. I have had the same surgery & I came through it just fine & so will you.

Sign a paper stating that you wish to have the surgery and that someone else can fill out forms and make decisions in your stead. Get some chemicals that will make you unconscious for a long priod of time. Have the person mentioned in that paper take you to the hospital while under the effects of those chemicals.

Run! then when the appendix ruptures they can ship your dead body back to the states :)
