FFA is usually through a public school, I am not sure if a homeschool group can join or participate in that as they can spelling bees and things, but if it is possible that would be the only way. You can however join 4-H which is somewhat similar.

Good Luck

The FFA can mean a lot of things. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FFA What are you referring to exactly?

ADDED:
Thanks for clarifying. I just checked out the website and I would guess that you can't:

FFA is not a "club." It is one of three integral components of an agricultural education program: classroom instruction, supervised agricultural experience and life skills. Students between the ages of 12 and 21 who are enrolled in a systematic course of instruction in agricultural education are eligible for membership. Your local school system must offer agricultural instruction and have an active FFA chapter for you to join.

So, if you are somehow getting the instruction that they require (look at their website for more info), then you might see if you can work out something with a local school. The best thing to do would be to contact FFA directly.

Actually, I think FFA was right, they just go by their initials these days. And no, I don't believe you have to be in a public school to be a member.
