I nonetheless do not see this as a violation of the 4th exchange. Warrants at the instant are not required for telephone calls originating on distant places soil. the only US voters who had their calls monitored have been people who made calls to everyday or suspected terrorists. I watched the residing house investigations into this or maybe the democrats did not have a undertaking with it. you're loopy in case you think of that the federal government has not something extra effective to do than to hearken to in on each American's telephone conversations. there isn't the manpower to do it. this technique has been used for years by way of countless diverse presidents. some available are fairly perplexed. After 9-11, the Bush haters screamed that he could have finished extra to offer up it, nevermind the reality that the CIA and FBI weren't even allowed to share information. Now, he's been attempting to learn approximately terrorists plans, and that they demonize him. The immunity deal is a stable ingredient. He knows that if a dem is elected president, with a dem congress, they could retroactively declare the telecom agencies to blame. The lawsuits can't be shown until they could coach their calls have been tapped. how many actual understand that they have been tapped?

natural selection is not sentient...it can't find anything in anyone because it is a theory, not an actualized being...nor does it have the ability to grant 'immmunity' (from what I have no idea)

You put your pants on one leg at a time, right? So you think that "natural selection" will overlook you because you have no beliefs? Give me a friggin' break. You'll die when you'll die.
Have fun being a tree, shrub or whatever part of the earth you think you'll become.

Nope...natural selection is neutral. If you don't "do the work yourself" on a genetic level, you get left behind (read that as evolve or die).
