I would worry about the caffeine.

I hope they can. My 3 year granddaughter & son both love it. We drink the diet Lipton. They like mango-madarin and the citrus. It has got to be better than soda for them and it it suppose to give you the equilvent of a lot of water.

I wouldn't give it to them! There's too much stuff in it. Preservatives, sweeteners, and other sugars, not to mention chemicals and caffeine.

Milk and water - sometimes juice - that's all they should be drinking till they go to school.
