Well, there is not to much you can do, I just got over the flu....I would recommend that you some Advil, and a cold medicine, I like benylin one...Then run a warm to hot bath and just soak, between the bath and the Advil your muscles will feel better, taking away the aches and pains...The cold med's will help with the sinus pressure and all the other cruddy stuff that comes with it...When you get out, rub some Vick's on, it really does help you breath....Have a nice cup of mint tea or whatever you like, and go to bed.....I know I sound like a mom, I am, but really it works....It will at least help you sleep-...hope you feel better.....

First of all get plenty of rest. Take some over the counter medicine if needed but be sure to take one for what ails you. If it is your cough then get cough medicine and if it is stuffiness get something for that. Ask your pharmacist what he recommends.
Take some Tylenol if the other medicine does not have Tylenol (Acetaminophen) in it. Be sure to drink lots of fluids and take some vitamins C. Juices are good too.
Stay with the chicken soup. Doctors do not know why it works but it does help. I tend to think it is the steam as well as the food itself.
Get Kleenex with lotion. It is so much better then the others if you are sniffling. They prevent your nose from getting too sore from constantly wiping it.
Last but not least find a good book to read and take it easy.

Drink a lot of hot liquids, stay warm and get your rest.
If the above is not an option, try original Buckley's or Advil sinus & cold. Those two forms of medication I like best when I do not have the time to be sick.
Get well.

I don't remember if it's feed a cold and starve the flu, or the other way around. But going to bed is a good idea.

Lay down and sleep for about 3 days. When you awake, you'll feel a little disconnected from the world, but you'll feel better.

Turn off the phone. Find a good book. Use NyQuil to go to sleep with and cover up good so you can sweat it out.

Have chicken soup, get a box of Kleenex, Vick's vapor rub, and have tea and get to bed to sleep and wear it off (have lots of books and a TV available and if possible, someone that will cater to you!)
