We would get ahead much faster. We need clean source of energy. Oil money is funding terrorists and pollution from burning fossil fuels is killing our planet.

I understand your point, but without all of the blind followers there would be nobody left to do the menial implementation of the plans of critical thinkers. Nothing would get done.
