I think you like the IDEA of having him. Before you say anything make sure you are positive that you actually have feelings for him, and you don't just like the idea of having a bf.

Be careful of May because if April Showers bring May Flowers, surely May Flowers will bring Pilgrims. Do not answer yes unless you want to freely and not under pressure to do so. You say that you are STARTING to like him, KNOW that you do before you answer yes to whatever the question is.

Why did you say no?
Did something change, why did it?
Is it his persistence? He's really into you if he is that persistent. If you don't really like him, don't reward his persistence with a broken heart.
