I should think that most the councils would have a problem to put a number on them in each county, much less a nurd sitting with a lap top playing on this site!

There are loads, especially in major cities. Good ones in popular areas always seem to be full though, especially during holidays so there must be a market for them.

nope just 2, 1 in London and 1 in York. I think they are talking about opening one in Bath but that is all just conjecture at this time..
