You owe the money. You have had six years to pay, and have not done so. You now owe the $5000, and most likely interest on the amount also.

You have to pay for your mistakes!!!! You damaged someone else's property. Why should you not pay for what you did?

The reason that your license is suspended is you failed to pay for the damage. If they gave you back your license now, you would never pay and your victim would never be paid for their loss!!!

You should learn from this. Take responsibility for your actions. Do not drive without insurance! Pay for the damaged you caused!!! If you have to, sell some things (like your computer, television, stereo, and any other luxury items) and / or get a second job to pay the judgment!!!!

in case you had 4 or 5 injuries in a 300 and sixty 5 days they do no longer seem to be in basic terms your fault, yet you're a rotten motive force and be attentive to it. in case you got kicked off your coverage approximately 6-8 months in the past, you knew it then and are not shocked to locate you're using with out coverage. in case you get into an accident below those circumstances you in basic terms might get your butt kicked until now the cops can arrive. If the cops catch you using with out coverage (and thinking all the loss of using skills, this may well be a given) you would be referred to and your license suspended. Get caught returned and flow to detention center, the place you will get your butt kicked for being a bad motive force. you're able to do the worldwide a want and swap her in. there might nicely be a advantages.

It sounds like the 5000.00 judgement has to be paid in full to get your license back. You have had six years to do this. Why didn't you pay it during this time? Once it is paid your license will probably be reissued. I doubt there is any other way you are going to get it back. Judgements are not removed for any reason until they are paid.

not knowing where you live, or who "they" are. I can only say, that if thats the law, thats the law. Unfortunately there are people out there that unless there is something in it for them (ie. they can get their license back) won't pay the judgement. It's similar to suspending a license until child-support payments are caught up.

First, you have to say who "They" is.

I know I hate to read it, but I will actually have to say it too .. "It depends on your state" and what it's laws are.

Who told you that? You said "they" but you never quoted a source.
