I have two-year old twins, and they still take a poo about twice a day, sometimes more. Are they ok?

I think that it is totally normal. It probably has to do with what they are eating. If they are eating alot of fruits or foods that are high in fiber they will naturally go "poo poo" more than if they aren't. Their bodies are just getting rid of waste. My husband is 31 and he "poo poo's" at least 2 times a day sometimes even more :)

thats sounds fine to me, just me lucky that they arent constipated every other day like my daughter ever since we switched from formula to milk she been like that, it sucks.
