i need to do one to go with my work out plan but not sure which. personaly i rather do yoga, with yoga i feel like i am an doing some thing. with streaching i dnt feel any thing and its boring...

I personally think yoga is better than stretching. While stretching mainly only increases your flexibility, yoga improves your flexibility, strength and balance.

Yoga has many other benefits that stretching does not offer, because yoga enhances your being physically, mentally and emotionally. A few of the other benefits include:

·Increased energy
·Enhanced memory and concentration
·Better posture
·A stronger immune system
·Reduced stress
