No, RC1 stands for "Release Candidate #1", which was a beta release of Vista. You're going to have 30 days to activate the real copy of Vista, or else it will automatically go into reduced functionality mode, and most of the useful features will be disabled. Also, expect your current RC1 key to expire soon.
