Each congregation is independent; they follow a set of beliefs and forms for their services but Quakerism is very much a hands-on, each one community. It's all about your personal relationship and way of relating to God.

There is no actual head of the Quakers. Each church is a seperate entity, much like evangelicals, Baptists, and store front quasi-churches.
